Gallo update.

Uncle Grambo over at whatevs managed to get into a Detroit-area screening of Brown Bunny (hosted by the Gallo no less!) last night.

His verdict:

"It makes Gerry look like Armageddon."

Yup, it's that slow.
But Uncle G seemed to like it, despite its pace.
Oh and here's G on the beej:

"Yep, that's Chloe up there on the big screen giving Gallo's character a blowjob. You see everything there is to see, save any minding of the stepchildren or visuals of le petit mort. However, it's an incredibly UNSEXY scene, closer to terribly depressing than visually arousing (in a good way)."

And the NY Daily News has got the scoop on some huge-ass Brown Bunny billboard that Gallo put up over by the Chateau Marmont. Apparently it's all sexy and controversial and peeps are caling it pornographic or some shit. I might have to take a drive o'er there at lunch.

Mr. Gallo also said that he will be heading out to NY for the RNC and had this to say: "I'm here trying to help out in any way that I can. I have made it clear that I am open in any way to promote and protect the Republican administration."
